Thursday afternoon….the clouds have covered nearly all the openings of blue; it’s a grey, fall day. I’m looking forward to a run on the campus trails with the team in a couple of hours, and I’m hoping the rain will hold off until we’re back, but chances are this’ll be another run in the cold & wet.

Great training weather, for sure!

I’ve been ramping up the training slowly over the past couple of weeks–following a little mishap that required eight stitches in my left shin. I’ve never seen my own bone before. Never care to again : )

Stitches out tomorrow = more miles & more fun.
